Who are we?

New Found Hope, Inc. is a human service provider in eastern Iowa who provides assistance to individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Individuals served by New Found Hope, Inc. include both children and adults with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, physical & developmental disabilities and the elderly. Services are currently available in Scott and surrounding counties of eastern Iowa assisting individuals with plans tailored to their specific wants and needs..

Programs Offered

New Found Hope, Inc. is a licensed HCBS provider for the following waivers:
* Intellectual Disability Waiver (ID Waiver)
* Physical Disability Waiver (PD Waiver)
* Brain Injury Waiver (BI Waiver)
* Ill and Handicapped Waiver (IH Waiver)
* Elderly Waiver (EW)
